Chakra Blockages
Base Chakra
Is all about your basic needs so have you inadvertently restricted your abundance to money in your pocket, food on your table, roof over your head or even your sense of belonging?
Sacral and Solar Plexus
These are all to do with personal power and your reaction to life. Have you been sick to the stomach of life, lost or given away your personal power, not had the gall to make a decision, trying to put the sweetness back in your life, consumed by anger? Do you find that your emotions maybe the key to your ability to digest and learn from the challenges and trials that have beset you?
Heart
How many heart walls have you installed to protect yourself from further pain and hurt? Are you preventing yourself subconsciously from finding that new relationship or fully committing to your current one? Do you feel unloved and unwanted? Are you feeling divided and separated from Universal energies and source?
Throat
Do you suffer from a lack of self confidence, are you scared to speak out or feel that you don’t have a voice, your opinion is invalid? Are you scared of upsetting for fear of retribution or afraid of the confrontation?
Third Eye
Have you had a spiritual scare, messed with something you shouldn’t have or hearing voices and seeing things that make you feel that you may have a mental health condition? Are you a budding medium who doesn’t want the responsibility of passing messages or find that spirit won’t leave you alone?
Crown
Have you fallen out with God/religion/universe? Have you fallen prey to a cult? If you’ve blocked this chakra you maybe depriving yourself of higher guidance and divine help!
